		<description>Thanks for the post. Convincing clients that it&#039;s worthwhile to include accessibility has got to be one of the hardest things. 

Better to come from the angle of inclusivity and maximising your customer exposure than banging on about the legal aspects (Disability Discrmination Act here in UK). But still I&#039;m finding many people&#039;s assumption is that 1) blind people can&#039;t use the web and 2) deaf people will have no trouble.

Need to get some heat under this once and for all.</description>
